Northwestern Minnesota provides the perfect stage for discovering the future of fire through

In the mid-1980s, Dennis Brazier founded Central Boiler in his hometown of Greenbush, located in
northwestern Minnesota, a mere 20 miles from the Canadian border. In this small community, the
workers are dedicated, the people are warm and the winter temperature can plummet to nearly 60
degrees below zero. Because of the weather conditions here, community members appreciate the
need for reliable, yet efficient, heating systems such as the wood heating systems
available from Central Boiler.
Today, Greenbush is home to a variety of industries, ranging from manufacturing to farming.
The community supports many civic organizations as well. Community members enjoy numerous
recreational opportunities, including golfing, swimming, snowmobiling and stock car racing
at the Greenbush Race Park. A Midwest tradition, especially in rural communities throughout
this region, Greenbush is host to various annual celebrations such as the Greenbush 4th of July celebration.
